My plan includes Verizon Cloud. I selected ALL categories of data (pictures, contacts, messages, etc.) to be backed up hourly.
Verizon Cloud backs up pictures I take with my camera but doesn't back up pictures I download in my Gallery. How do I get Verizon Cloud to back up ALL pictures stored on my phone?

We know how important it is to be able to back up all your information, and we are here to help! What is the make & model of your phone? When you download photos, does it put them in the same folder as all your pictures, or in a separate folder for downloaded photos?

I have a Galaxy S8 plus. When I download photos, they go to Pictures and I can view them in Gallery.
Verizon Cloud backs up my documents and camera pictures fine.
Thank you for elaborating, rorycahoon. We know it's important to be able to back up all photos, including your downloads. We want to get to the bottom of this. Do you have the downloaded pictures in a separate folder in your gallery?
