I have 2 Samsung Galaxy phones, 9 and 9S. I can check all boxes under what to backup on my primary phone to upload items such as photos, documents, contacts, etc.. On my other phone I can only backup contacts. All others are grayed out. I have cloud service for both phones. How do I backup all data on my second phone. Seems it is blocked for some reason.

Radman444, we want to make sure that your other line has the Cloud service as needed. Typically, when the boxes are grayed out it does mean that the service is not being subscribed to by that line so they only have access to contacts. To confirm a subscription for your other line, please go into My Verizon here https://login.verizonwireless.com/vzauth/UI/Login?realm=vzw&goto=https%3A%2F%2Fmyvpostpay.verizonwir... and choose that line. Are you being advised that the Cloud is on that line or is it asking you to subscribe to the Cloud?
