wasn't able to get internet while roaming so i stopped in verizon thinking it might just be a setting. Guy told me samsung had a defective update that caused it but he could upgrade me for no charge with a different phone. Today i see a bill for $38 a month for 36 months. I'm so ANGRY, how do I GET MY PHONE BACK
