***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Verizon cant fix their own issues

Ive been trying to upgrade over a week and verizon has been trying to correct the problem. I've called to make the purchase, I've gone in store , and I've tried online. No one can upgrade one of my lines. Let's face it verizon makes alot of money, you would think their IT crew would be the best in the business to fix customers issues. Time to switch carriers.
