Ive been trying to upgrade over a week and verizon has been trying to correct the problem. I've called to make the purchase, I've gone in store , and I've tried online. No one can upgrade one of my lines. Let's face it verizon makes alot of money, you would think their IT crew would be the best in the business to fix customers issues. Time to switch carriers.
