I was sold a screen protector for my s7 at the Verizon store, they knew that it wouldn't fit, lied to me and said that it takes up to 48 hours to adhere to the screen and when it didn't, they said i would have to purchase a new one. Are you kidding me? I will never purchase anything through Verizon again. They do not care about their customers at all. Why do you think this is ok? To lie to your customers??????

If it is a Skinomi protector then the problem is Skinomi and they will send you a replacement. I purchased one myself and I had to wait 4 days(in hawaii) for a replacement directly from them.

The s7 has a slight curve on either side of the screen. I purchased the
glass protector.

You have the S7 EDGE if they are curved. It should say on the box is it is for the EDGE or not.

The regular s7 has a slight curve on either side. I know the difference. The sales guy at the store put it on for me. There is a slight curve so that is why the protector does not fit. I'm not the only one who has had this problem. There are many people with the same complaint.

The curve is not as defined as the s7 edge but there is in fact a slight curve.

The screen protector isn't supposed to go all the way out so if you think they are supposed to fit the whole screen then it isn't supposed to. I have yet to find one for curved displays that ever fit proper or didn't start lifting at the edges.
