Visual voicemail stopped working on my Galaxy S10e. WiFi is off. Mobile data is in use. I tried clearing data and doing a reboot. Call forwarding is off. All premissions are enabled for the app. I can get messages on *86 but they do not show up on my phone. When I hit refresh, it hangs and attempts to refresh endlessly.
How can I fix this?
Visual voicemail is a great feature to have. Thank you for taking the steps thus far. When did you notice this was an issue? Are you aware of any changes on the device? -Tionna
