Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Verizon Support Troubleshooting assistant had no answers. I keep getting "We cant connect to your Voicemail account" messages. What do I need to do to fix this issue?

Try removing and reinserting the sim card them reboot the phone.

I'm sorry you are having issues accessing your voicemail. Let's look further into this. Do other applications work? What device do you have? Did you recently make any changes to the account or a software update?
