I bought the new galaxy S8+ and from the start I have had problems with voices cutting in and out and I also have problems getting 4g I have never had problems with my old S5.

SHADOWCAT6969, that new galaxy S8 is a great device. I do want to help you with this. Where are you having this trouble? Are you using the new SIM card that came with your device? Have you tried restarting the device?

I have tried restarting the phone and set it to local not global still cuts in and out doesn't matter where I am at I'm about ready to return phone to best buy for either a new S8+ or another phone model

SHADOWCAT6969 having a working phone for calls is a must. Let's keep working on this. Do you have a case on your phone? If so have you tried removing the cause to see if it is interfering with service? Have you tried resetting the network settings http://spr.ly/658685EW0 ?

Mine was acting flakey on phone calls, until I went into
Settings to "ADVANCED CALLING"
then "Advanced Calling"
to turn off "HD Voice and Video call".
Hope that helps.
