My phone got seriously wet last Thursday. I've had it in a bowl of rice ever since then (four days). I thought this weekend that it was coming back, because I could get a picture, even though it was flickering. I put it back in the rice, but now when I check on it, I am getting no picture at all, just a snowy screen. Is there anything else I can do, or is my phone shot?

Sunny61,
Getting your phone wet is never a fun thing to have to deal with. Do you know if you had insurance on your line? You may always check your My Verizon account online (vzw.com) or app to see if your device is covered. If so, you may file a claim at asurion.com.
Other options to get you in a working phone would be our certified pre owned devices. You may check them out here: http://vz.to/21DuVSv You also can activate an old device on your line if you or someone else you know has a working VZW phone: http://vz.to/1RPk0Oe
