My phone was updated this morning to 4.3, and the notification gave me the URL for more information. Unfortunately, when I tapped on the URL, I got an error message to the effect that I had to be connected to a network. The notification with the URL is no longer available, since I tapped on it. Can anyone provide me with this address? (General note: I find it frustrating these days that documentation is close to non-existent for things like smart phones. If anyone can point me to a source for up-to-date documentation, I'd really appreciate it!) And apologies if I've duplicated a thread; I did perform a search, but came up empty.
