What type of phone is it? I would get in touch with the manufacturer and tell them about it. It should still be under warranty

JFLORA1947,
Battery concerns on a 2-month-old phone are not what we want for you. Allow us to troubleshoot. Tell me more about your experience with your battery. When did you start having battery issues? What changes (updates, downloads, etc...) have you made to your device prior to issues? Here's a link that will assist with troubleshooting your battery concern https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/troubleshooting-tool/.

Did you buy this S7/S7 Edge new recently or is it a used phone. The S7/S7 Edge is almost a 2 y/o phone even if you did purchase it new recently. If you purchased it new recently, I would certainly look at the apps you have on the device. It looks like you may have a rogue app which is draining the battery.

Lol was going to but I feel like I am a broken record on here with that. I thought since the phone was a couple of months old that it might be a refurbished one and I think they do all that and more before they resell it. Either way I thought Samsung would have told them to do it.
