Factory reset Hahahahahaha

YEA RIGHT!!!

I had all the same issues on my galaxy s7 that you stated I brought my phone to the Verizon store, it NEVER had a problem prior to the update. They promised they weren't going to factory reset it they were going to do a software update...nope factory reset lost ALL MY CONTACTS AND PICS! That still didn't fix the issue. They sent me a brand new phone in the mail aka refurbished was working fine and then oh no another forced update again...and what do you know my now NEW PHONE is doing the same thing my old one was! Verizon just take responsibility for once and fix your updates and if anything do us ALL a favor and stop making these updates mandatory it's super annoying to just "ignore the notification" every single day until after a week you finally cave in bc you can't take it anymore. Also fix your updates and make them fix things wrong with our phones not make them worse!!!

Lillaur401, I feel your pain.  I totally agree that it's most annoying to delay OS updates every day, but I've been doing it ever since Nougat was first broadcast.  Because of all the major issues Kit Kat caused S4 and S5 users, I never installed it on my S4.  These major OS updates should completely vetted by Samsung and VZW before they are sent to users.
