I have gone through and corrected the name manually, but the next time I turned it on, the thing had changed it back! This is a very frustrating glitch. Is anyone else experiencing this? How can I make it stop?
Strange indeed. Where do you back your contacts up to? e.g. Google or VZ Cloud? What I'd try is to go to contacts.google.com and sign in. Change it there (assuming that is where your contacts are backed up to) and see if that works after the device is turned off/on again. Off the top of my head I can't think of what could be causing this.
