Why does the new security app keep disconnecting from my network?

If you go back into the play store and go to my apps you should be able to uninstall then reinstall the app.When ever I have a problem with an app that is what I try first. Did you restart your phone after that app updated? That will also help

Glass9350, I would also be concerned if my security app would continue to disrupt my network. Do you have the Verizon security app or a third party app installed on your phone? When did issues start?

How do you know it's the security app that's causing the disconnect?
