For the past 9 months, suddenly my service stinks. I only have 1 bar sitting at home and texts won't even send. This has been going on a long time. Now today it's really bad. What the heck???

We understand you depend on your cellphone to provide you with the service you are familiar with having, TERBRI49. Are calls and other data functions also affected? There are some troubleshooting steps for us to complete since this is happening in more than one location. How is is once you power the phone off/on?

Still slower than molasses. Apps are slow, a few dropped calls mostly upsets me because I text and when I'm sitting at home (65706) and I can't get a text to go out, it's very frustrating.

Have you tried using Wi-Fi calling? With it, your signal level makes no difference.
