There's a lag in the conversation with certain people and we end up talking over each other.
Have you tried to determine what make/model phones or network those problematic people are using?
Are you using HD Voice or not?

That is indeed some strange in-call behavior, TMBLWDS1. Jav6 and Ann154 did ask some great questions to help narrow down the root cause of this issue. Let’s keep working together to figure this out. When did this issue first start happening? Does this happen on all phone calls, or only with specific contacts? What zip code are you located in? Was there any changes with your device prior to this issue starting?
