Why my time is changing on it's own?

I have a Samsung Galaxy S8. The time on my phone has been changing to an hour later. It started last night. Why? & How do I fix this with out going into the settings every time?

You may have two clocks set up. Tap the clock on the home screen. a window pops up. look under world clocks see if you have a different city set up. Also check your time zone. Keep searching settings til you figure out what happen.
