It's frustrating when you're trying to update your software and it fails, Joecer10. Let's see what's going on with your device. Are you getting any error messages when you are trying to update the software? Have you tried doing a soft reset to make another attempt to do the update?

Have you tried to put the phone in download mode Volume down-Power-Home and then go to
