Windows 10 won't recognize my Samsung Galaxy s4. Why and can I fix this? I want to transfer pictures and videos to my laptop. If this isn't fixable, how can I transfer the pics/videos? Tks.
If you are trying to load Windows 10 onto your Samsung Galaxy S4, it won't work. The S4 runs on Android.
What you can do is upload your videos to the cloud and access the videos from there on any device.
Verizon Wireless offers such a service (Verizon Cloud) as does Microsoft (OneDrive).
For Android, you can download One Drive from Google Play. On your computer, you can download it from Microsoft's app store.
For the Verizon Wireless's app, you can also download it from Google Play to your S4. On your computer, you would go to a specific Verizon Wireless URL to download an app that is compatible with Windows. verizonwireless.com/cloud and follow the prompts.
