Just got the new S8 and I am unable to use Android Pay. When opening the app, it says "Problem setting active account" and then when I try again it spins and doesn't open the app. I have re-installed android pay and restarted my phone and the same issue persists.
Anyway to correct this?
We definitely want your Android Pay to be working exactly the way it is supposed to. Are you able to use data while connected to 4G? Are you up to date on all system updates ( https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-210995/ )? Are all of your other apps fully up to date?
