Being able to place your calls is important. Does this with every call you place or is it random? Have you noticed it happens only when calling a certain number?

it happens when calling any number but at random times. most of my phone calls are to my parents whether its the land line or the cell phone and to work which is a land line. ive only noticed it since lollipop came out.
