i have an s6 - what is the solution to this - very tired of all the spam calls - i'm tired of paying verizon for me to pick up all their calls! with all this technology at least you can give me the ability to not only block calls but prevent them from going into voicemail without paying you even more money - i'm a little pssed
Lynn456, as the number of spam calls continues to rise, I know that these calls are beyond a nuisance. We are sorry to hear that you have been receiving an error message. Are all other functions on your phone working smoothly? Are you connected to Wi-Fi when attempting this? Please go to the Settings, System Updates, is there an update available for your phone?
