I recently replaced my Galaxy SIII through Asurion, who handles verizons replacement program. ever since I have suffered poor reception of of wireless, 4G and using my GPS. the is there someone I can call to check my signal strength and communication speeds?
Asurion has a 1 year warranty on their phones. Call them and ask for a diff replacement
