S6+ has frozen on my (power clean) app.  Can't reboot or turn it off.

Have you attempted to reset the phone this way:  https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-175902/  Any moisture or physical damage to the device?

Do you remember the last thing you were doing on the device before you noticed it was not working anymore?
