s4 phone damaged , received new phone.  (S60) when contacts downloaded from cloud, many contacts missing. any way to restore the missing contacts?

Depending on how much content you were transferring, the restoration process can take 24-48 hours to complete. We recommend powering Off your device for a few minutes, then power back on to see if more information from the cloud will come down each time you do so.
