how do I restore the speech to text icon on Galaxy S7?

On my Galaxy S7 the speech to text icon went away.  How do I restore it?

Assuming it's the same as for an S6, long-press the key just to the right of the Sym key and you should get a pop-up so you can toggle the microphone, clipboard, emoji (if in the text app), and Settings.
