how to eject usb on galaxy a12

hooked up an USB to phone and cant find where to eject.  if I just unplug it the phone gives a message to restart phone because usb was not ejected.

never mind. found in settings---battery and device care---storage---the three top right hand dots---advanced---unmount usb
