I am switching to AT&T because Verizon on Nasa Rd 1 in Seabrook keeps setting me up with devices that i do not need.
What kind of devices are they trying to set you up with?
I would not switch if I were you. A few friends of mine did and came right back to VZW. Can you clarify what you mean when you say the are setting you up with devices you do not need. Are you saying tablets etc.? I'd speak to the Manager and/or District Manager. That isn't a reason to push you to a less superior company in my opinion.
If you don't need them don't get them, it's their job to try to sell you things.......just say no
We'd be sad to see you leave the Verizon Wireless family, captrandymom. We want to make sure that you have only the devices that you need. What kind of devices were you set up on? Please provide me with some details.
