i forgot my alternative password, and cant change from my fingerprint

Hello tonyv217, help is here front & center! To setup the alternative password, you will want to re-setup the fingerprint scan . Go to settings, Fingerprint, Fingerprint manager and replace the the finger print so that it asks for the alternative password upon setup. If you are completely locked out of the phone, you will have to do an alternate hard reset: http://vz.to/1udAqGO

I did the same thing and was stuck with the fingerprint lock screen but then I went into settings under fingerprint and deleted my fingerprint and it made me reset my alternative password
