international calling

I'm attempting to add an international calling plan to my Galaxy S7 but Verizon keeps flagging saying the device is not recognized eventhough the devise is clearly registered as an S7 on my account page.

We understand how important it is to be able to add an international calling plan on your account before you travel so that you can stay communicated. It is certainly strange that it is not allowing you to add it on your account due to your device not being recognized. Have you made any recent changes to your account? Also, have you switched out your device recently?
