only certain agencies can triangulate to roundabout location, and it could be hundreds of feet, or miles, but in this realm here, no tracking. you can track yourself or device, only with 3rd party software. it has to be authorized by you regardless.

BASICALLY, cant be traced. theres no pinpointing location precisely. only maybe military, but i know nothing of that with cell phones

tracked by who, law enforcement, parents, ex/husband/wife....you need to be a little more specific.
