keyboard issues

I cannot use the speech recognition. The button is gone. There is a mic in the input line, but it does not work. Can anyone assist? I use Speech Reco all the time. Thank you.

VBINAZ, I can understand how this can be an issue. I use this feature everyday especially when driving. Have there been any recent changes to the device? Can you tell me if the wifi is turned off right now while you are trying to use the feature? Can you browse the internet successfully while off of the wifi network? Please run a device check on the phone to make sure there are not any underlying issues going on with the phone. http://spr.ly/6588Dnm7k .
