my text messages on my phone and my friends s8 no longer get the read status, the messages only stay on delivered. We are using the messages+ app. This started happening around two days ago, any idea how to fix it or what's causing it. I tried going through settings but everything is as seems.thank you.
Linama93, we know the read receipt can come in handy. We’d like to find out more information regarding the issue. What make/model phone do you have? Is it happening with all contacts or only certain people? Have you checked for any new updates for the Verizon Messages+ app?
