missinformation from local store and customer service

Was talked into upgrading to unlimited plan for only 5$ mo. increase. next bill was over $190 this is $110 more than normal bill. Was on phone for over an hour to get it strait, got bill reduced but am going through it again this month with a totally different explanation. Verizon obviously does not care about customer satisfaction.
