I have a Samsung Galaxy S8. Never had any problems with this phone. All of a sudden today it keeps losing signal every time I look at it. I haven't been able to send or receive calls all day because of this. I already did a network reset that didn't help at all. If I restart the phone, it will work again for a few minutes and then it is right back to no signal. What else can I do to make my phone start working right again...like it was yesterday?

We definitely want you to get great performance out of your device. You mentioned that this only started recently. Has anything else changed on the device? Are you only having trouble getting a signal in a specific location, or does this happen wherever you are? Is there any physical damage to the device? Does this only affect calls, or are text messages and data also affected? Do you only have trouble calling one person, or are you having trouble when you call a variety of people?

Nothing else has changed on the phone and it is undamaged. The signal will not work anywhere including places that it used to. I have since talked to the tech coach who resynced the phone to the network and that helped temporarily. I ended up having to take the device into the store and they thought the SIM card had gone bad but once a new one didn't fix the problem, they decided it was the antenna. They had to order another phone under my warranty.
My keeps telling me the network is unavailable. Zip Code 28904. I live about a mile from a tower. Have had very good signal until yesterday after a storm. Has this outage been reported?
We want you to have reliable service at all times, becn8213. Let's take a closer look into this. No known issues have been reported at this time. What happens when using the phone for calls, text, and data? Is anyone else experiencing the same issues? What are the cross streets where you're experiencing issues?
