Last night my S8 froze while on an app. then the screen went black, Im assuming it shut off and now it does nothing. wont boot up. any suggestions

JulianV25, the S8 is an awesome phone. I regret to learn your device is giving you so much trouble. It looks like for your device if you press and hold the power button in for a minimum of 10 seconds (sometimes a little longer like 20) your device should boot back up. It may need to be plugged into the charger first for a few minutes before you try this if your device is dead. Please keep us posted on how that works.
