I've gone through each of the steps to this point with the Verizon trouble shooting tool, but I still can not dial out nor will incoming calls ring through. Calls will go straight to voice mail. Phone was working fine a couple hours ago with some telemarketer from Utah [removal required by the Verizon Wireless Terms of Service] called and left a message. Data is working fine as I chat on Whatsapp and my regular text messages to another Verizon cell phone customer is working fine too. What can I do to fix the incoming and outgoing calls of my Samsung Galaxy S4? Really trying to avoid having to get another phone...i like this one!

We definitely want to make sure that you are able to use calling and text messaging successfully again. So that we can see this from your eyes, can you please describe what happens when you attempt to make a call? What happens when you attempt to send out a text message?
