Switched my husbands phone from a droid moto z to a samsung s7. Everything is working except he cant receive or send pictures or receive group texts. It keeps saying unable to download. Any solutions?
Hello there, STEBEL94! We are sorry to hear you are not able to send or receive any picture messages, we know it is imperative for them to be working properly. Are you using Verizon Messages or the original app that was pre-installed?
