My husbands phone had a text to a verizon conferencing center when i called it. And this crqzy text was on sms that was sent..... ([removed]

He swears he has no idea what it is. I tried to text number this message back said its a landline..... what is this?? Number that was texted was... [removed]

Next day he got message that said....

----Recipient has insufficient funds to receive message.

He swears he has no idea. Help!!!
