I ordered my new S20 ultra with a phone Verizon agent on 2/23/2022 to later find out that it would not ship until 4/1/2022 - my fault for not checking first. My son walks into a Verizon store in Sunday 2/27/2022 and walks out with one. I don't understand why orders are not filled before the actual phones are sold in the Verizon stores. I called only to have a very rude agent tell me there was nothing I could about it and basically I should have waited and they would send my phone when 1 became available. I went to my local Verizon store and found out they have 10 in stock so I tried to cancel my order and buy a phone from the store. They could not cancel my order as it had already been processed. Once again, NO RESOLUTION to my issue. I will actually make the first payment on the new phone before I get it. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY ORDERS ARE NOT FILLED WHILE THE STORES HAVE INVENTORY OR WHY I CAN'T PICK ONE UP FROM A STORE. VERY UNHAPPY WITH VERIZON.
