With the verizon messages app, you can start being able to text not only from your phone, but also from your tablet or the web with integrated messaging. Messages are stored for 90 days, and it doesn't appear that installing this app will make your previous messages viewable on the web.
As far as on myVerizon, you can only see the times and dates and phone numbers you texted or recieved from, not the actual message.
If you are needing to print out text messages that you've already sent and recieved, and they still are on your phone, there is always the option of taking screenshots of the messages, and then emailing them to yourself, checking that email on the computer, and printing from there.

There's also the option of using a text backup app such as SMS Backup & Restore - Android Apps on Google Play to back up and print texts.
