I have a new Galaxy 6s, and I use Verizon voicemail. Previously I could go to the voicemail screen, touch delete and check the boxes next to the calls I wanted to delete. Now it appears that I have to go into each individual message (listen mode) to delete. Why did this change? or is there a different procedure that can be used?

I just deleted old voice mails and didn't have to listen to them to do it. Just long press on one of the voice mails, boxes will appear to the left of the screen. Check the ones you want to delete, then hit delete at the top of the screen and they are gone.
