I've tried many of the fixes out there and nothing seems to work, went to a Verizon store and the [Removed] said that he could fix it, which he did, by turning off my WiFi and not telling me. I didn't realize it until much later and almost went over my DATA.

My solution is to not use wifi and VZ gave me unlimited data for the rest
of my billing cycle to see if an update comes out.
Yes, many VZ people don't know about this.
