righ back tone won't set

I'm have the exact issue as someone else. I have been trying to switch my ringback tone. I've rebooted my phone. I've checked to make sure that the days of the week are set properly (all five). I'm working through Verizon Tones. The tone I want is set as default. I can hear the tone when I play it from Verizon Tones. HELP???

Shellybug1971, I love using Ringback Tones on my device. Let figure this out. Is the tone appearing in your purchases? Are different tones set for each day of the week? Let try to manage the tones from the Verizon Tone site and not through the app: http://vz.to/237CH6Z
