Need maximum volume. Hearing aids used and volume too low. Have looked thru app and adjusted for hearing aid use.. This phone used with T-Mobile and was very strong, volume wise. Verizon, not so good. Anyone with a suggestion?

We definitely want you to have the best experience possible with your device's volume capabilities. The good news is that the network you are using should have no effect on the volume.
Let's gather some more information. Are you using a particular brand of hearing aids, and are they connecting to your Galaxy via Bluetooth? Was this your same set up with T-Mobile? Are you primarily using the earpiece audio, or is it going into your ear wirelessly?
