I have a samsung galaxy s3 but whenever i try to charge it it would either charge a little or not charge at all. sometimes i would try turning it back on when it's off but it just keeps shutting down. i have experienced with multiple outlets and other charger cables but to no avail. is there a better solution than taking it back to the store because i didn't buy insurance when i bought the phone. please help. thanks!
Sorry to hear that your phone is experiencing these issues, minniechen_94112. Let's see what we can do to help it keep its charge, and stay on! Have you tried running your phone through Safe Mode? This can help pinpoint if there is a conflicting application causing the resets.
