so just got a second update and now my phone shows....nothing? No keyboard, I can't even turn it off? What gives.

Software updates are designed to make the device more functional and enjoyable. We encourage you to unplug your device and remove the battery on the device. Then put the battery back in. Once this is done please power the device back on. Keep us posted on the status.
