so just tried to download the system update for my s4.....took over an hour, my phone restarted, and i get system update failed message. Tried removing the battery and rebooting the phone, still cant get a re-download. Seems as if no one at verizon can help me or return a call or message so im curious to see if any of you guys could help me out
Also just tried hooking up to my computer and using the system update assistant....of course the website to go to does not work. Getting real frustrated here. Anyone at Verizon care to give a crap to answer an email or question?
