someone calls me and they can't hear me...I hear them say hello and that is it?
perhaps it's a problem with their phone.

Is this only with one number, and only when they call you? Have you tried using the speaker or a wired/Bluetooth headset? Does the call drop after the Hello or does it stay on silent while the time is running? We'll be waiting for your response.
