someone calls me and they can't hear me...I hear them say hello and that is it?

perhaps it's a problem with their phone.

Hello, wvonlanken! We are sorry to read that you're having trouble when receiving calls. We know it's important to stay connected, and we'll be glad to help. Is this only with one number, and only when they call you? Have you tried using the speaker or a wired/Bluetooth headset?  Does the call drop after the Hello or does it stay on silent while the time is running? We'll be waiting for your response.
